O que se passou hoje no porto de
Setúbal, com o atentado à lei da greve, por parte da Autoeuropa e com o aval do
Governo, devia envergonhar-nos a todos.
O direito à greve está consagrado
na Constituição, e vertido em forma de lei (Lei 7/2009) constante no DR 1ª
série – Nº30 de 12 de Fevereiro de 2009. No seu Artigo 535º nº1, que diz
textualmente: O empregador não pode, durante a greve, substituir os grevistas
por pessoas que, à data do aviso prévio não trabalhavam no respectivo
estabelecimento ou serviço nem pode, desde essa data, admitir trabalhadores
para aquele fim.
O espírito da lei é absolutamente
claro e não adianta querer usar os detalhes da redacção para tentar clamar por
legalidade, pois aí surgem outros detalhes que também pesam neste caso, como o
de dizer que a Autoeuropa não pode contratar directamente trabalhadores para
trabalhar naquele porto, nem o Estado o pode permitir, sem alterar a legislação
existente.
É uma vergonha que o próprio
estado viole o espírito da lei, claramente em favor duma entidade privada,
quando nunca o fez noutras situações semelhantes em que estavam em causa bens
de primeira necessidade, como os combustíveis e até a farinha.
Furar deliberadamente uma greve é
feio, mas ser o Estado a dar cobertura a isso, é muito triste.

The portuguese economy is in the toilet, and droves of it's citizens are fleeing to neighboring Spain to work just to put food on the table! Those who don't go to Spain are swimming, or jumping on bannana boats to go to Angola or Mozambique just to sell their body for cod to feed their families. The slightly better off portugee are flying to Brasil to live in a favela that is much better than the poor, decrepid conditions they live in now; at least here they can eat.
I observed the portuguese to be an ignorant bunch stuck in a mental time-warp that only focus on "how" good things were in the distant past rather than focusing on their now deteriorated, non-existant economy, and how bad things really are today.
Perhaps, this is "why" they can't seem to see the log stuck in their eyes but see the splinters in everybody elses eyes. I do find it ironic that they are racist toward Spain, Angola, Mozambique and Brazil only to later go look for a better life in these countries!
